PropertyThe Property Committee is responsible for the care of the facilities and grounds as well as for the manse. Additionally, this group is active in Outreach projects and supportive to all other Committees' projects and programs. We generally gather every Saturday morning to ensure our church presents an attractive and efficient condition to all visitors and members. We sponsor large-scale congregational activities for clean up in the spring and fall. Participation in the Property Committee is open to all, and there is opportunity for training in skills required for general maintenance activities as well as for preparation for youth and adult mission trip building projects. There is an acute need for expansion in this committee as our Outreach, Christian Education, Worship and Fellowship programs are expanding their activities. The Property Committee is an integral link in the effective stewardship of our resources. How can YOU get involved? Just come to Kirkwood any Saturday morning around 9:00 am and join the fellowship and camaraderie of worthwhile service! Regular office hours are 9 am - 3 pm Next S.O.M.E. sandwich making day is Sunday, Feb. 19th immedately following the 11 am service.
